The Black Jack is an Australian 100-foot super maxi yacht. She sailed from 2005 to 2009 as the Alfa Romeo 2, breaking several speed records along the way.
International sailors like Tom Slingsby regularly sail the Black Jack in the biggest sailing events like the Sydney Hobart yacht race.
Black Jack 100, originally Alfa Romeo, is a Reichel Pugh design that was launched in 2003 and famously and repeatedly duelled with Wild Oats XI for Sydney Hobart line honours. After several years racing in Europe, the iconic 100-footer has been rebooted and has her sights on the Hobart trophy once more.
Due to the heavy use of the team and their equipment, the Black Jack relies on CODE-ZERO clothing. The famous Sydney Hobart Yacht Race not only challenges the teams but also the equipment. The Black Jakc team can only achieve therir full potential with the help of high quality materials and products.
The International Team of the Black Jack consists mostly of professional professional sailors. Among them are America's Cup winner, Olympic gold medallist and world champion sailor, Tom Slingsby.
