CODE-ZERO is looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Hamburg. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for editorial and campaign planning for all of our social media platforms, as well as creating and implementing innovative and engaging content. Key Responsibilities

  • Editorial and campaign planning for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create and execute engaging social media content (images, words, and moving images) from idea to release
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase engagement and reach
  • Operate and manage social media channels, including community management
  • Monitor and report on performance and competition, including market observations
  • Analyze and stay current with new trends in social media
  • Design and execute campaigns or raffles to drive engagement
  • Define and design innovative campaign concepts within the social media environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication/Media, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a high affinity for digital media
  • Strong knowledge of current social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) and experience creating performance-oriented campaigns
  • A strong interest in current social media advertising trends and a passion for discovering new forms of advertising
  • Sound knowledge of social media monitoring
  • Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and technical understanding
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
